Managed outbound / B2B fintech
Fintech lead generation.
Start with the product.
A payments platform and a lending API need different target lists. We build outreach around what your product does, the company that can use it and the person responsible for evaluating it.
Managed cold email for US B2B fintech firms selling payments, banking infrastructure, lending, risk or compliance products.
Performance: $500 per qualified meeting · No retainer or setup fee
01 / Product fit
Make the use case specific enough to target.
“Fintech” describes a market, not a single buyer. Before sourcing, we need your product scope, the problem it addresses and the kinds of businesses it serves.
Payments and banking infrastructure
Explain where your product sits in the customer’s workflow and what an evaluation involves. Operations, finance and engineering roles may have different responsibilities; we agree on the relevant ones before building the list.
Lending products and APIs
Define who uses the product, who owns the integration and who approves the purchase. Outreach should address the B2B use case and the buyer’s remit.
Risk and compliance products
Identify the workflow your product supports and the team responsible for it. We use approved product language and supported claims; a recipient’s title is not evidence of a compliance problem.
02 / Audience design
Map the account, then the role.
The target company must fit your product before a contact belongs on the list. We agree on US geography, company profile and relevant product or technical context, then source and verify the people in the selected roles.
Depending on your offer, those roles may sit in operations, finance, engineering, risk or compliance. We do not apply a security-service title list to every fintech campaign.
Bring your customer and active-prospect exclusions, approved product descriptions and any supported proof we may reference. We keep campaign records separate by client and honor opt-outs in later outreach.
03 / Execution
A checked reason for each opening email.
We research public company context and connect relevant evidence to your approved product scope. A public change can guide research; it does not prove budget, urgency or intent. If the evidence is too weak, we drop the personalization.
We manage dedicated sending domains, authentication, warmup, per-inbox limits and bounce monitoring. Cold mail does not use your primary domain. Sending starts after the audience, copy and infrastructure meet readiness checks.
We triage replies and arrange calls through your agreed booking link. Your team handles product evaluation, technical discussions, proposals and closing. Inbox placement, meeting volume and revenue are not guaranteed.
04 / Readiness
Have an offer your sales team can evaluate with a buyer.
This service fits a B2B fintech team with a defined product, a sourceable US company audience and someone available for sales calls. We discuss those points before agreeing campaign scope.
If you are looking for consumer sign-ups, investor introductions or a purchased list without managed outreach, describe that up front. This page covers outbound to businesses that could buy your product.
05 / Pricing and qualification
Pay for held, qualified meetings.
Performance
$500
Per qualified meeting, with no retainer or setup fee.
Performance retainer
$2,000/month + $300
The monthly fee is separate from the $300 charge per qualified meeting. Discuss this option after trying the service.
A booking alone is not billable. A qualified meeting must match the agreed role and company profile, include a real two-way sales conversation of at least 15 minutes, and meet the written exclusion and uniqueness criteria. No-shows, cancellations and unqualified meetings do not count. Reschedules count only when held and qualified.
The signed engagement agreement controls the exact qualification, billing and cancellation terms. Custom agency arrangements are available for discussion. See the pricing guide, meeting checklist and full pricing overview and service terms.
06 / Next step
Tell us who you want to reach.
Tell us what your fintech product does, which businesses can use it and which roles evaluate it. Include what you have tried so far.
We will review the fit and reply to discuss audience, scope and pricing.
